PRIVACY POLICY - WHAT IS? 

Suit of Swords organisers and volunteers comply with all UK GDPR laws regarding our customers privacy and data.

We only collect information given to us in our input forms.

The information will not be shared with any third parties without notification of the person and only when needed (for example with sports insurance providers).

​

We will keep digital copies of information provided for one calendar year and then it will be removed from our system, all hard copies of the data provided and used for event records will be destroyed securely within six months of the event.
