Suit of Swords has various organisers and volunteers, regarding these all organisers and volunteers are bound by the same terms and conditions.

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors access to events and merchandise. By accessing or using the website of our service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Shipping, Refund and Privacy Policy.

For use. To make purchases on the site for merchandise and tickets, you must be the legal cardholder or have authorization from the legal cardholder. 

All attendees must be 18 years of age minimum and to enter the tournament, must have a current martial arts insurance at the time of the event, such as from the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association (BMABA).

Suit of Swords retains the right to make certain changes to the event without prior notice, Changes may include extra ticket sales leading to an increase in event size or a change of advertised instructors.

By using this site you agree that all images, text and descriptions (unless credited elsewhere) are the property of Suit of Swords. 

We may terminate sales or attendance to events for any reason, including violation of our terms and conditions, any laws or or applicable regulations or any online or physical safety concerns regarding other attendees of the event.
